This is a nice alternative to the open version when playing on overdriven guitar, as it is still nice and low but you can mute and control each string. This first variation is a barre chord on the 3rd fret. Let the 3rd and 4th strings ring out when you play it. You’ll want your 3rd finger on the 3rd fret of the 6th string, your 2nd finger on the 2nd fret of the 5th string, your 4th finger on the 3rd fret of the 2nd string and your 5th finger on the 3rd fret of the 1st string.
